The Mandate

Land, income property and ground-up hospitality across our markets. We buy what others find complicated and hold it until the complication becomes the margin.
Second
Agriculture, from reclaimed farmland to mango, avocado and shrimp operations, and spirits produced at origin and distributed by our own hand. Vertically integrated, because margin left on the table is margin someone else eats.
Third
Software and machine learning built in-house for the sectors we run, and others, proven on our own operations before anyone else is allowed to touch it.
Territory
Polanco operates internationally, in markets where capital is nervous and operators are scarce. The firm is headquartered in Irvine, California, with holdings across the United States and Mexico, relationships in the Gulf, and active expansion into emerging markets. The mandate stops at no coastline.
Multi-jurisdiction transactions carry friction that frightens most money. That friction is where the value sits. Wherever there is a complicated file and no one competent to run it, we are interested.
Partnerships
The group is actively acquiring and actively building. We pursue new investments and strategic partnerships in each of our sectors, with private capital, with institutions, and with government and public-sector partners, in any market where our operating experience is of use.
We raise capital rarely, and only through partnerships that are selective and exclusive. We do not run a process. We do not take meetings for their own sake. If you bring capital, assets or authority and a serious matter to discuss, the principals will hear it directly. If you do not, this page is as far as you will get.
